Terms

• Price: €89 VAT included, a single payment. Nothing is charged until you pay on the secure payment page.
• We prepare it from your details, measurements and photos. If anything is missing, we ask for it before we start.
• Right of withdrawal: you have 14 calendar days from the contract. If you ask us to start earlier and then withdraw, you pay only for the part done; once we deliver the complete design you can no longer withdraw. To withdraw, email us at hola@kavela.es with your name and request reference.
• The design is indicative: the final price of the kitchen is confirmed with the measurement.
• Deduction from your order: if you then order your kitchen units from us (with or without installation, also as part of a renovation), we deduct what you paid for the design from the order, once and only if the payment was completed. The design is not a deposit or a reservation: if you do not order the kitchen, you keep the design you paid for, under these terms.

How to withdraw

Email us at hola@kavela.es within the withdrawal period with your name and request reference. Where a refund applies (in full or in part, depending on the work already done), we make it using the same payment method within 14 days at the latest. Once the complete design has been delivered, withdrawal is no longer possible.
